Rondane Haukliseter Fjellhotel is located at Høvringen at the intrance to the Rondane National Park, 120 km north of Lillehammer, and 8 km from the E6. At an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level, Haukliseter commands a panorama view of Høvringen an the surrounding mountains. Accessible by car, or by rail to Otta in the Gudbrandsdalen valley and from Otta up to the mountain the hotel provides transportation.

Rondane Haukliseter Fjellhotel has a long tradition as a tourist destination, and has evolved from being a traditional Gudbrandsdal-pasture to an attractive, modern lodge with excellent cuisine, all rights, table tennis, sauna and dancing some nights. Most rooms are newly renovated in the past year.

The terrain in Høvringen/Rondane is both easy and challenging, and is suitable for everyone. Every day you can walk a new route on a good path. Haukliseter is the Norwegian Trekking Association (DNT) representative at Høvringen, and an excellent base for hiking in the Rondane.

Other activities: Horseback riding, climbing, fishing, boat and mountain bike hire. Exciting is rafting in the famous river paddling Sjoa. In winter there are several miles with well marked and machine prepared trails. Ski school and ski rental. We can accommodate smaller classes and meetings, and the place is well suited for corporate events. Cabin rentals on self-service basis throughout the year.
